Evans Repair LTD (“we”, “us”) operates evansrepair.net. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, phone number, town, and optionally your email address, the equipment you have and a description of the problem. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.
To respond to your enquiry, quote the work and arrange the repair or sale. That is the only purpose.
If you give us your phone number we may contact you about your enquiry by phone or text — quotes, status updates and collection times. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us at any time if you would rather we did not text, and we will stop.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Form submissions are delivered to our own business email through FormSubmit, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Where a manufacturer warranty claim requires it, we provide only the details necessary to process that claim.
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations attached to warranty work.
Ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing evans_repair@outlook.com or calling (218) 748-8314 and we will do so, subject to any records we are required to retain.
